Oh do you have a Blog?!





Oh do you have a Blog? What is it about? Well, Yes! I do have a personal blog even if it's been ages since I was typing my first (..and last until this very moment) post describing the nature of this small space in the wide internet world🌍

Meanwhile, many people I encountered in the last, almost, 2 years asked me about it and when would be released a new article about my life.

I am still thinking where to start from, quite a lot happened in my life, my departure from Taranto, my new job in Sardinia, wonderful seaplaces visited, unknown beaches with crystal clear water...and then the call from my city, Potenza, a very nice and small town right in the centre of South Italy which always welcomes me as only your home can do, where your memories and family belongs to 🌄

But even if everything feels calmer and under control now, many of you know that I'm like a boat..I wasn't made to stay in the same port for too long and I often feel the desire and need to sail for a new adventure around the world. Therefore a new upcoming travel is going to happen, just the last details to fix and I'm more than ready to take off 🚁 

2023 started in a lovely way, with my bday, which I wanted to celebrate in a special way, especially considering that last year I didn't have a proper chance to do so due to my job duties in Sardegna, so here we go, a trip to Warsaw was planned with one of my best friends and it was simply awesome, staying at the Intercontinental Hotel right in the heart of my beloved Wawa. 

Parties, dinners, Pad Thai in Elektrownia, Ramen in Browary, the Jacuzzi and walks with the proper polish snow weather .... as it was in 2017 when I was a Varsovian citizen LOL :)

But ok, it's getting quite late and I'm typing from my office's keyboard so yes, let's update eachother on the next chapter chaps! 😉

Life lately... (or a miscellaneous of it) 😌

 What's better than a cold January sunday evening to pick up again writing in your beloved (and neglected lol) Blog?! Well yes, I've been thinking about you, but never had the proper chance in terms of time and inspiration to update everyone about my life lately. It's been more than a year since my last post and quite much happened to me in 2024. It was a special year for me under many aspects going from my work, to my health and, OFC, my travels around the globe. Yes, work, it was the most common Googled word in my 2024 browser history, for several reasons:  I've been working in 3 different places as I (finally) succeeded in getting my place in the biggest hospital of my city, but started in one of its Trust's suburbs so getting back to that commuting worker life which I left in the City (London) back in 2019 with my 45 mins of the combo Metro+Walk to reach the clinic. However it's crazy to think about the time passed already in the clinic I've been working...

Sachertorte, Apfelstrudel and randomness in 🇦🇹

Here we go with my every 3 months (I know it's a disaster lol) blog update :)  During my day off what's best than writing a new post on my personal page of the web and tell you something about me, well not so much happened in last months apart of my summer trip to Vienna, a city I've always wanted explore and discover, especially after reading for thousand times that is the 1st city of quality of life in Europe (maybe is true or not..). I'm thankful to my employer cause I got another week of holidays in August and was a good idea to leave for a week and breath new air. Why Vienna? It was a Ukrainian friend idea to visit the city after she went there already years ago and enjoyed it so why not, let's book an AirBnb, get the flights and pack my backpack as often (yes flying only with a backpack is a very useful idea). Wanderlust since '92

Well yes, after so many years thinking about opening my personal blog I finally did it, it's from 2010 that I want to start writing a bit about my crazy life, my travels, thoughts, feelings, but I never found the time (common excuse) or simply the right inspiration. Today May 14, 2021 I am 29 years old and perhaps after some time I will read again this post and I will feel "old" and happy with my adventures around the world. I would have so much to tell that I don't have a cue from where to start ... it says that life begins outside our "comfort zone", well maybe is kinda true, the emotions are amplified, you experience them directly in first person, far away from your family, from your loved ones, from your home.
